Owen Fleming

I am a faculty member in the Social Sciences Department at Washtenaw Community College.

I received my Ph.D. in Economics from Wayne State University in 2026. 

My research interests are in health and labor economics. Specifically, I study

• Children's health and health care utilization

• The role of non-physician providers in health care delivery

My job market paper studies the effect of parental divorce on investment in children's preventive care.
